This Return Policy outlines the cancellation, rescheduling, and refund terms for smooth end-of-day programs purchased from Elegantppearth through elegantppearth.world or directly at our Upper Ferntree Gully studio.

1. Overview

Elegantppearth is committed to providing high-quality end-of-day programs including the Twilight Starter Session, Dusk Harmony Program, and Complete Evening Reset. We understand that circumstances may change, and this policy explains your options for cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds.

This policy operates alongside your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this policy limits or excludes consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded by law.

2. Program Packages Covered

This Return Policy applies to all end-of-day program packages offered by Elegantppearth:

Physical materials included with program packages, such as printed practice guides and wellness resource kits, are subject to the return conditions described in Section 7 of this policy.

3. Cancellation by Participant

3.1 Twilight Starter Session

Cancellations made at least forty-eight hours before your scheduled session will receive a full refund or free rescheduling to an alternative date within thirty days.

Cancellations made less than forty-eight hours before your scheduled session are eligible for rescheduling only, subject to availability. No refund will be provided for late cancellations unless exceptional circumstances apply at the discretion of Elegantppearth.

3.2 Dusk Harmony Program

If you cancel your four-week program before attending any sessions, you will receive a full refund minus a $10 administrative fee.

If you cancel after attending one or more sessions, a partial refund will be calculated based on the number of remaining unused sessions at the per-session rate of AUD $47.25, minus a $10 administrative fee.

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via our contact form or by phone at +61466082013 at least forty-eight hours before your next scheduled session.

3.3 Complete Evening Reset

If you cancel your eight-week program before attending any sessions, you will receive a full refund minus a $15 administrative fee.

If you cancel after attending one or more sessions, a partial refund will be calculated based on the number of remaining unused sessions at the per-session rate of AUD $43.63, minus a $15 administrative fee. Private coaching calls not yet used will be credited at AUD $35 per call.

The wellness resource kit included with this package is non-refundable once opened or used. If unopened and returned in original condition within fourteen days, a credit of AUD $25 may be applied to your refund calculation.

4. Rescheduling

Elegantppearth allows rescheduling of individual sessions subject to the following conditions:

5. Cancellation by Elegantppearth

In rare circumstances, Elegantppearth may need to cancel or reschedule a session due to facilitator unavailability, studio maintenance, or unforeseen events. When this occurs:

Approved refunds will be processed within ten business days of confirmation. Refunds will be returned to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

If the original payment method is no longer available, please contact us to arrange an alternative refund method. Refund amounts will be calculated in Australian dollars.

You will receive email confirmation when your refund has been processed. Please allow an additional three to five business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

8. Australian Consumer Law

Our end-of-day programs come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have services remedied if they fail to meet a consumer guarantee and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

If you believe our end-of-day program services have not met consumer guarantee standards, please contact us promptly so we can address your concerns.

9. No-Show Policy

If you fail to attend a scheduled session without prior notice, the session will be considered forfeited with no refund or rescheduling entitlement. We encourage you to contact us as early as possible if you cannot attend.

In cases of genuine emergency, please contact Elegantppearth within twenty-four hours of the missed session. We will review your situation and may offer a rescheduling option at our discretion.

10. Program Transfers

Program packages purchased from Elegantppearth are generally non-transferable. However, you may request a one-time transfer of your remaining sessions to another eligible participant with at least seven days notice and subject to a $10 transfer fee.

The recipient must meet eligibility requirements and complete any necessary intake information before attending sessions.

11. Disputes

If you are dissatisfied with a refund or cancellation decision, please contact us first to seek resolution. We aim to resolve all disputes fairly and promptly.

If we cannot resolve your concern directly, you may contact Consumer Affairs Victoria or the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission for further assistance.
